Terraces
Apartments on Floor 2 have access to external terraces with access from the living room. Stone tile floor material on the terrace.
Apartments on Floors 11 and 12 have access to terraces from the living room. Terrace cladding: high pressure clear impregnated lacquered larch boards. Each terrace shall have at least one external socket outlet 230V, IP44 protected.
Heating and Water supply
