  • Precast reinforced concrete panels with recess for communications. Cladding with high-strength plasterboard sheet in a single layer, spackled and painted. Access hatches are embedded in the plasterboard sheet.

Walls of storage spaces:
  • 9 mm birch plywood, clear lacquered. The plywood is fixed on one side to the timber frame structure.

Terraces
  • Apartments on Floor 2 have access to external terraces with access from the living room. Stone tile floor material on the terrace.
  • Apartments on Floors 11 and 12 have access to terraces from the living room. Terrace cladding: high pressure clear impregnated lacquered larch boards. Each terrace shall have at least one external socket outlet 230V, IP44 protected.

Heating and Water supply
  • Central heating, individual meter for each apartment. Heating in apartments is provided by underfloor heating. Heating meters are located in apartments next to the heating collectors and can be read remotely.
  • Central city water supply, individual meter for cold and hot water for each apartment. Water meters can be read remotely.
Power supply
  • Each apartment has an individual electricity meter located in the power distribution room. There are automatic fuses in apartments.
  • Solar panels will be installed on the roofs of the buildings, from which the obtained energy will be used for supplying power to the common use areas. "Moho Park" will be a nearly zero energy building.

Ventilation
  • Individual ventilation units in the apartments – recuperators heat recovery ventilators. Air intake and exhaust through a combined grille in the façade.
  • Mechanical extract ventilation in kitchens, bathrooms and WCs.
  • Emergency overpressure ventilation system in the lift shaft.
Low current systems
  • Communication (intercom) equipment is installed in apartments.
  • TV and internet sockets are installed in apartments.
  • Apartments have central smoke detectors in the entrance area and in one bedroom.
Rainwater collection
  • Rainwater collection with Wavin Quiqstream vacuum systems, or equivalent. Linear rainwater traps on the terraces of apartments.

Sanitary ware
  • Bathrooms and toilets are equipped with appropriate plumbing facilities – bath tub / shower, sink, toilet bowl, water faucets, washing machine connection points.
Storage spaces
  • Storage spaces are available on Floors 1 and 2, ranging in size from 1.8 to 7.6 m2. The storage spaces are clad with 9 mm birch plywood, clear lacquered. The plywood is fixed on one side to the timber frame structure.
Covered bicycle parking space
  • Space on Floor 1 locked with a chip key, for 108 bicycles can be parked and secured with an external chain. The bicycle parking space is located outdoors under a covered roof.
